Y.O.G.A. March Madness Month & Other Benefit Yoga Classes
DO YOU TEACH OR PRACTICE YOGA? There is something about spring that brings out the yogi in everyone. Join us in celebrating Y.O.G.A. March Madness Month! Support an amazing cause in March - and all year long.
It costs just $7.50 to give the experience of yoga to a deserving child. During the entire month of March,"benefit" yoga classes will be taking place around the globe. Proceeds for these classes will be donated to fund classes for our youth! So shape up and share yoga just in time for summer!

Y.O.G.A. FOR YOUTH WILL:
- Email you a customized printable flyer to distribute for your class
- Publicize your class on the Y.O.G.A. for Youth website, social media and newsletter
- Send you a tax deductible receipt for your donation
TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL EVENT:
- Collect Donations before class starts
- Not good at asking for money? Designate someone in the class to collect it for you
- Promote your class for at least 2 weeks to maximize attendance
- Post flyers electronically through your social media outlets
- Ask your studio, fellow teachers and friends to promote your class
- Don't make it "Donation Optional", we have found success in the "adult for a youth" rule - for every adult that takes a class, one child will get to experience yoga. So we suggest a minimum of $8 per participant.

- Check the Y.O.G.A. for Youth website for current benefit classes in your area
- Don't find one in your area? Contact your favorite yoga teacher or studio, pass along our information and we will take it from there!
- Tell all of your friends about Y.O.G.A. March Madness Month
- Bring Cash ONLY to the benefit class of your choice and drop it in the basket or give it directly to the teacher so he/she doesn't have to ask for it
- Can't make a class? Make a donation anyway, just click the "donate button above"
