How about a yoga warm-up before the Super Bowl?

We did just that, this past weekend! Raleigh, NC community members came together to connect and share a deep love for yoga and healthy living. The donation-based event was held at The Stockroom in Raleigh and hosted by LuluLemon of North Hills and You Call This Yoga (YCTY), an organization focused on helping the physically challenged and under-served improve their quality of life with yoga. Jill Stockman of Blue Lotus Studio taught the class, with music provided by Greg Whitt.

The event raised over $1000, which has generously been donated to Y.O.G.A. for Youth.

Howie Shareff, founder of YCTY, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the amazing teachers and vendors (Noeomonde on Beryl Road and Happy + Hale) for sharing their passions and products, making this special event a big success. He invites everyone to register for the upcoming YogaFest NC, for a chance to practice with these talented teachers and many more!
