Kundalini Workshop (CEUs Available)

Join Krishna as she conducts the workshop: “The Quantum Effects of Kundalini Yoga”. This is in in-depth workshop for yoga teachers and students, designed to usher your yoga practice into the next level. The first Worksop “The Inner Workings of Breath and Mind” is scheduled for Saturday, July 14, 2007; the second workshop “Yoga Movement & It’s Ancient Origins” is scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2007; and the third Workshop “Yoga Therapy, Safety, & Proper Alignment” is scheduled for Saturday, November 17, 2007. Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
KRI LEVEL I

This is a professional 200 hour course in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
Welcome to a process of self discovery that will uplift, challenge, and open the way for you to experience the greater, more authentic you!
The course includes:
Psychology, philosophy, and basic concepts of yoga
History of yoga and the Patanjali sutras
Postures (asanas), exercise series to awaken the mind and free the body (kriyas)
Breath techniques (Pranayam), the power of sound (mantra), and the personal daily yoga practice (sadhana).
Therapeutic benefits of each element of the yoga practice and yoga lifestyle
Western anatomy, yogic anatomy and the chakras
This in-depth, experiential course is conducted by experienced KRI Teacher Trainers who provide hands-on training, instructional materials, individual guidance and an exploration of all aspects of yoga and meditation.
